Provide pricing for BMs within the time frame stated in CTG’s document and review the pricing with BMs on a regular basis to make sure that feedback can be provided to our partners when requested
When requested by SMs, take part in the bidding projects and work on pricing part under the instruction of SM & the customer
Assist to do the vendor management work.
1.1 7* 24 IT Operation and Maintenance
· Watch over and monitor IDC site (24 hours a day, 7 days aweek, including national legal holidays).
· Cover all operation works in the post of Server and NetworkOperation and Maintenance.
· Take emergency calls at night . Manage inventory and handoverthe works to corresponding warehouse assets management team within 12 hours.
1.2 ServerOperation and Maintenance
· Watch over and monitor IDC site (8 hours a day, 5 days aweek).
· Responsible for all operation works related to serveroperation and maintenance.
· All server operation and maintenance tasks MUST execute byServer Operation and Maintenance and 7 * 24 Operation and Maintenance teams.Other posts do not have such authority.
· Accompany manufacturer visitors to data center, and recordthe visitor logs.
2 RequiredSkills and Experiences
2.1 ServerOperation and Maintenance Engineer
· Perform daily round check and maintenance for the datacenter’s infrastructure, servers and switches. Maintain efficiency andwell-functioning operations. Record environmental data.
· Responsible for installation, hardware maintenance, hardwarefault handling and other relevant works to the center’s servers, networks andother operation equipment.
· Responsible for installing and removing equipment,installing and operating server system, such as Windows / Linux.
· Assist in Linux system debugging, fault locating andprovide timely reporting to customer.
· Response regular and emergencyissues and provide feedback in a timely manner. Resolve and follow-up thefaults.
· Responsible for fiber or cable adjustment and layout inthe data center , such as optical fiber, network cable and power cord.
· Perform regular inspection, overhaul, replacement andrestoration for all servers, spare parts and damaged components in the datacenter.
· Coordinate the relationship between customer’s equipment andlogistics.
· Strictly comply with standards and norms as required by thelocal carrier and Customer.
· Provide different types of regular report as required by Customer.
· Perform regular physical inspection and maintenance for thedata center’s network, in order to maintain well-functioning networkenvironment.
· Responsible for the network equipment’s initialinstallation, hardware maintenance, hardware fault handling and other relevantworks.
· Assist data center in provisioning leased line troubleshootingand fault locating. Provide timely reporting to Customer staff.
· Response regular and emergency issues and provide feedbackin a timely manner. Assist in following-up and resolving the faults.
· Perform regular inspection, overhaul, replacement andrestoration for all servers, spare parts and damaged components in the datacenter.
· Provide different types of regular report as required by Customer.
2.2 Other Responsibilities:
· To propose solutions that comprise China Telecom services,telecommunication and ICT products for Enterprise customer requirements.
· To involve in the whole Pre-Sales Solution stage that maycomprise of attending customer meetings, formulate a winning strategy byproducing the best solution design, provide presentations, demonstrations,proposal writing and answer RFP/bid.
· Provide Bid management functions of ICT projects.
· Provide solution input in BSS within specified KPItimescales, ensure solution is deliverable.
· To provide oral/written communication with sales andcustomers to ensure accurate response.
· Provide adequate backup to other team member during leave.

9. Relevant certificate (CCNP, H3CNE, HCDP) will be anadvantage.
