For one of our well-known customers from the automotive sector we are looking for an IT Supporter (m/f) in Berlin
Your responsibilities
In this role you are responsible for daily IT activities, with a proactive approach to identify and resolut of IT problems. You will report directly to IT Manager.
The main tasks are:
Daily helpdesk service and technical support for all employees at the various locations in Germany
Network and server administration tasks
Installation, configuration and maintenance tasks for servers and network-related hardware and software
Eliminate application software problems and support for workstations and servers
Responsible for Windows laptop / desktop installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting
Perform backups and rotation
Manage hardware inventory and software license management
Support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Document all relevant end-user identification information, including name, department contact information, and type of problem or problem.
Escalated problems to match the next level support (if needed)
Implementation of file backups and the configuration of systems and applications, the installation of new laptops, the creation and maintenance of e-mail account, etc.
Your profile
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
Proven knowledge / experience in Windows Server and network management
Very good experience in troubleshooting
MCSE or other proven knowledge / experience in current network / Microsoft technologies (certifications would be a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent language skills (spoken and written) in Chinese, English
Good German skills would be an advantage

Travel to the other locations as required
