Project Assistant (m/f) Stellen-ID: 5600-2017-50
- International work atmosphere

- Assisting the project managers for general tasks (e.g. documenting project progress and tracking open points)
- Preparing and translating (CN<->EN) project-related documents (e.g. bidding papers)
- Arranging project-related travels
- Organizing project meetings/telcos with customers and for weekly internal project review
- Supporting office administration
- Fluency in Chinese and English, German is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and diligent work style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Working experience related to project management is a plus
- Working experience in logistics and/or quality management is a plus
- Team spirit and service mentality
- Interest in automotive industry
