WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Development of new strategic approaches in marketing and sales in E-Mobility
Evaluation of our strategic market orientation and support of the definition of new applications and business segments for mechatronics
Identifying the market trends and future oriented mega trends which will have influence on the mobility
Competitor identification and competitor analysis
Competitor analysis of MT products
Support of the investigation for market volume with existing data base and out of this creation of a new data base
Market analysis with strategic national and international topics
Analysis of the Asian market and creation of a roadmap for all MT products including competitor analysis, product placement and marketing
Support of the sales team with business tactics
The field of your activities will be in analysing:
E-Mobility and new trends in the automotive field
Battery and charging technology with the focus on MT products in mobility
E-Drivetrain and changes in technology
Changes in the existing ICE technology
New technologies in the area of e-mobility and ICE
Business opportunities for "NON automotive" applications
All of this is in an international team. Start and first training will be in Europe. Later on the focus of the work will be Asia/China at our Shanghai office in collaboration with our German headquarter.
The International Trainee Program will start on the 1st of July 2018.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Master or Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, e-mobility or strategic marketing
Good English and German language skills, Chinese/Mandarin will be an advantage
Knowledge in MS Office, SAP
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
Structured and self-motivating working style
Assertive and self-aware manner
High commitment and flexibility
Analytical and out-of-box thinking
