调查发现：36%的雇主认为如果简历过于笼统，他们就不会考虑这名应聘者。
It is found that 36% of employers identified résumés that are too generic as one of the mistakes that may lead them to automatically dismiss a candidate.
所以，千万不要给公司发送通用简历，好好调整简历，让其与工作招聘需求吻合（tailor your résumé to fit the job description），花点时间研究下这个职位到底要找怎样的人。

如果你的简历语言有创意，那么绝对是个加分项。
