1. Support for meeting management, including but not limit to: Monthly Important meeting organizing,coordinating, Agenda arranging,Meeting notice, Meeting material gathering and meeting minutes, etc;
2. Support for process management, including but not limit to:metric result gathering, Metric result communication, Gap analysis and Metric report preparation, etc;
3. Support for Information security management, including but not limit to:TOP work arrangement, HQ and country requires coordination, Neighbouring Dept. communication and routinely Training mail-push, etc;
4. Support for Platform operation work, including but not limit to: TOP issues progress tracking, routinely Dept. report preparation, Award application management, etc.
5. Support for Asset management work, for instance, Annual Asset budget application;
6. Other operation support work
Requirements:
· General requirements:
1. Having the basic office software skills, including excel、word、Powerpoint;
2. Strong communication and able to quickly obtain resources, strong push ability with target-achievement orientation;
3. Strong work responsibility and good initiative, able to work independently with minimum supervision. ;
4. Good ability in Quick learning and adapting to new work environment, strong willingness to learn and put to use in the daily work;
5. Think Clearly and quick on the up tack
· Experience
1. At least 1 year operation work experience will be an advantage;
2. Priority for candidates who hold steady German work permits, and who are able to stay at the position for a longer period of time
· Language
o Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
o German language will be an advantage
