In consultation with our sales managers and business development you are responsible for the daily business of the sales team. You coordinate the activities within the sales team and motivate them to achieve the sales goals
You are responsible to the management of sales activity budget from the first step on, manage the whole internal process, including after activity process. Sales data management is one of the important part of your responsibility.
Quotation creation and management of price lists are also part of your job.
2, Marketing support
Center on sales, including support the implementation of marketing activity budget from applying until the after activity process. Management the marketing activity budget by internal process until it’s closed
3, Team meeting
Manage and coordinate the team meeting, take minute of meeting and track remaining issue.
Requirements:
1. Candidate need have at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
2. Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical and patient to solve problem
3. Proficient in both English and Chinese, German is preferred.
4. Work with patience and carefulness
5. Be able to work independently, and well teamwork attitude.
6. This position also needs to cooperate with customer and HQ. So, you must have good ability on communication with customers and internal staffs
7. Sensitive about electronic products and mathematics, Fluent using MS office, especially PPT and excel.
