Assist the manager in sourcing and interviewing candidates and processing recruitment.
Support team building, training events, andinternal & external meeting (organization, agenda reviewing, and recordingmeeting minutes, tracking the remaining issues).
Prepare internal data management report,documents, spreadsheet, and presentation material as assigned.
Managing manager's calendar and appointmentschedules.
Other Ad Hoc works (NEO support, OT/Shiftcalculation, attendance management, HRBP admin support, etc.).
Other tasks assigned by the direct superior.
Requirement:
College degree (or above)
Experience of human resource assistant or operation assistant in mobileindustry is a plus
Fluency of writing, reading and speaking inEnglish
Strong attention to detail, organization andcommunication skills
High proficiency in MS Office software
Pleasant personality ( outgoing, hardworking,dependable, customer service oriented, etc.,)
