Main Responsibilities:
Unterstützung und Umsetzung bei täglichen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Erstellen von Auswertungen, Analysen, Entscheidungsvorlagen, Dokumenten und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung
Koordinierung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen der Unternehmensgruppe, wie mit HRBPs, Führungskräften und anderen funktionalen Teams
Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Terminen, Besprechungen und Prozessmanagement
Andere verwandte Aufgaben
Requirements:
Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftsjuristisches Studium
Effiziente Selbstorganisation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word und Excel
Proaktive Arbeitseinstellung und Lernbereitschaft
Detailorientiert und lösungsorientiert und großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
