For one of our customers we are looking for an International Customer Supporter (male/female). Our customer, a medium-sized international company in Würzburg, is based in the medical technical branche.

Technical Customer Support in English as well as a further prevalent language by telephone and e-mail

Assistance and problem solving in the IT- and medical-technical environment

Documentation of the customer's requirements

Maintenance of the knowledge data base

[color=rgb(45, 45, 45) !important]These are the recommended qualifications:

Completed mercantile or technical education

Proficiency in the IT-Environment is preferable

Experience with customer support, ideally with telephone support

Handling MS-Office-Products and ticket systems confidentially

Willingness to work in shifts (Mo-Su)

Distinct team orientation

Very good English in spoken and written (Level B2 / C1 and higher)

Very good in another prevalent language in spoken and written is preferred (Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Polish etc.)

In possession of a work permit of unlimited duration
