Demand Planning Manager CHINA (m/f/d)
Your Mission
- Responsible for the China demand planning for mainly Aptamil milks from short to long term horizon
- Monitor and analyze the China and local market insights, understanding the market dynamics, risks and opportunities
- Facilitate demand review and coordinate with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Tracking of monthly performance and driving short term corrective actions if needed
- Reporting and continuous improvement of KPIs including KPI tools, analytical methods and processes
- Close collaboration with the colleagues in China and the global operations headquarter in the Netherlands
Your Profile
- University Degree in Business Administration
- At least 2 years working experience in Demand Planning or similar preferably in a China cross border e-commerce and a multi-national working environment
- Analytical and data driven with a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and the capability to build good relationship in an intercultural environment
- Challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change
- Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge in SAP-APO-DP is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus
