Senior Project Leader (m/f) digital business in China




Role + Responsibilities
  • Make IoT-business model (Netilion) fit for the Chinese market
  • Clarify commercial and legal aspects of doing digital business in China
  • Key role in helping the organization focus on and achieve its most important strategic goal for market development for the coming years
  • Build the local, permanent team to support business in China together with the local sales division
  • Drive and align all defined work packages with a cross-functional team
  • Make sure that the Chinese version of our IoT-offering is aligned with the existing Netilion portfolio
  • Facilitate the channel between the local sales organization in China and the Reinach (Switzerland) business development in order to ensure the product/market fit




Qualification + Profile
  • Experience as a project and program manager
  • Expertise in Internet of Things
  • Understanding of digital business models
  • Strategic mindset and record of executing growth strategies for a B2B and/or start-up
  • University degree (eg. Business Administration)
  • Strong negotiator, communicator, and networker
  • Passionate and resilient leader and collaborator
  • Chinese culture background
  • Mandarin and English language skills
  • High mobility (travel to and staying in Switzerland and China)
