To expand our team in Supply Chain Management, we are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator (f/m/d) to support us.

Your tasks:
Processing customer orders with international manufacturing service providers.
Execution of production and delivery planning with the manufacturing service providers
Disposition and coordination of intra-European deliveries as well aschecking of forwarding shipping invoices
Follow-up of all customer deliveries including the associated documentsas well as the system-side mapping of the material flow
Monitoring of the inventories of the foreign plants or EMS service providers also directly on site (currently mainly in Poland)
Correspondence with our Chinese parent company, internal interfaces and customers
Your profile:
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a forwarding or foreign trade merchant
Professional experience in logistic sprocessing with sound knowledge of freight forwarding
Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
Very good knowledge of German, English and Chinese
Willingness to travel on business for several days within Europe
Independent working style, team and communication skills
