Intern/ Working Student, Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Location: RAUNHEIM, HE

Responsibilities:

Identification, approach (Active sourcing) and acquisition of candidates with focus on experts with LinkedIn and Xing
Recruiting system operating
Prepare external job advertisements, web postings
Coordinate and execute the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management

Requirements:

German/English fluency
Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Occupational Psychology, Economics and Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a similar course of study
Strong interest in working in a global team taking care of Product Management of Services in talent acquisition
High level of motivation and engagement
Ability to work autonomously and willingness to take on responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
