Commercial estimates and financial modeling. Knows and understands the requirements of the customer including the development of solution requirements, schedules, and commercial.
Prepare content and materials for customer visits with sales managers to conduct product presentations, customer training sessions, webinars, and customer events.
Provide and validate content for marketing collateral material such as datasheets, technical brochures, white papers and others.
Work with customers to iterate through project design parameters to field the most cost-optimized for a project. Establish site-specific design requirements for a project and design the configuration to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with the developer, subcontractors, municipal entity, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction suppliers to develop a cost-efficient solution to present to the customer.
As needed, establish relationships and communication tools with suppliers and other key people to verify all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are obtained and/ or delivered when necessary.
Communicate and train customers and sales teams in regard of product details and specifications, product advantages, product applications and product benchmarks compared to competitors.
Work with the marketing team to launch and communicate new products and their features and measure the introduction and sales success of the existing and new products.

Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or construction-related course of study from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or related experience in the electrical contractor or comparable industry.
Minimum of 5 pre-sales Management experience in the renewable energy industry Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to self-sufficiently work with customer requirements;
Thorough understanding of electrical construction, contracts, and terminology.
Ability to smoothly handle various situations and problems that may arise, sometimes several at a time, and either solve them or work with others involved to come to a cooperative resolution.
Excellent organizational and decision-making/problem-solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German is required.

Responsible for Dach area PV or renewable Energy market
Capture new business opportunities to drive growth. Develop the strategy for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationship with key customers.
Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region to introduce new product, new solution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor, master’s degree in business, electrical, power or related fields
A strong network of business contacts (installers, energy suppliers, PV power plants, wholesalers etc)
At least 5 years of B2B experience in PV or renewable Energy industry or working for a PV Distributor / Wholesaler.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
Proficiency both in written and spoken in English and German.
