1. Keep chains on your tongue; always say less than you think. Cultivate a pleasant, persuasive voice. How you say it often counts more than what you say.<br><br>说话要谨慎；多想少说。说话要令人高兴，循循善诱。怎么说比说什么更重要。<br> <br> <br>2. Make promises sparingly and keep them faithfully.<br>不轻易许诺；答应了的事就一定要做。<br><br>3. Never let an opportunity pass to say a kind word to somebody. Praise good work done, regardless of who did it.<br>切勿错过赞扬他人的机会。无论是谁做的工作，只要出色，就不要吝惜赞扬。<br><br>4. Be genuinely interested in others. Let everyone you meet feel that you regard him or her as a person of importance.<br>对人报以真诚的关注。让每个遇到你的人都感到他（她）是重要的。<br><br>5. Be cheerful. Keep the corners of your mouth turned up. Hide your pains, worries, and disappointments under a smile.<br>精神饱满，嘴角上翘。将痛苦、忧愁与失望藏于微笑之下。<br><br>6. Keep an open mind on all controversial questions. Discuss without arguing. It is possible to disagree and yet be friendly.<br>对有争议的事不存偏见。讨论而不争吵。意见不同归不同，朋友还是朋友。<br><br>7. Never engage in gossip. Make it a rule to say nothing about another unless it is something good.<br>不听不传小道消息。订一条规矩，不背后说人，除非说好话。<br><br>8. Be careful of other people&#39;s feelings. A laugh at another&#39;s expense is rarely worth the effort, and it may hurt where least expected.<br>体贴他人的感情。嘲笑他人会得不偿失，还可能造成意料不到的伤害。<br><br>9. Pay no attention to cutting remarks that others may make about you. Learn to live above such comments.<br>不要在意别人对你的尖刻评论。学会超脱。<br><br>10. Don&#39;t be too anxious about your rights and having favors repaid. Let the satisfaction of helping others serve as its own best reward.<br>不急于求回报。把帮助他人而得到的欣慰作为其最好的回报。<br> <br>
