we enjoy the green trees with blue sky and clean air. its a simple program of ours healthy system into body and sprit. why? its my thinking ,at the first ,we enjoy relaxation after busy work . we need a bit for short time to make feeling in peace,relax, in ours heart ,at same time,improve healthy lever more higher.
TaiChi is a kind of nice training if we get 20 minutes by self, after the movements as the water picture, or looks like the clouds fly on sky. it keep us more peace and control body's balance energy with Qi together.
