Mülheim好房近Duisburg,Essen寻Nach-诚寻Nachmieter或者zwischenmieter

因为我们两个女生要到别的城市去上学，所以要找Nach-
现在所住房子4室一厅，最大的那间要nach。房间25平方米，适合情侣2人住,有两张房屋合同。家具齐全（床、灯、写字台、椅子，沙发，大衣柜，书架什么都有）家具都赠送，厨房（含微波炉、烤箱、冰箱），2间卫生间{热水器}。房租每月245€，包水暖气，网络电费另算。

位于Mülheim an der Ruhe,出门即是公交车站，步行5-6分钟能到火车站，距Duisburg Hbf和Mülheim Hbf各5分钟，到Essen Hbf 15分钟以内。家附近有Apotheke，门口就是Rewe、Aldi 。公交车坐6分钟就有Plus、Rossman ，Kiki, T…四大超市，十分方便。
从5月1日便可nach, 有兴趣的可以和我要照片看~
