China Management Trainee ( CNTP ) for Manufacturing Area 生产管理培训生 Program Introduction
CNTP ( China Trainee Program ) is a trainee program to develop future senior manager in Bosch. Within 2 years time the trainee will undertake 4 assignments in different business unit,, including six month assignment aboard.
At the end of the program , the trainee should come back to Wuxi to take a leadership position. Qualification Required
-Master Degree or above with Mechanical Background and study focus on manufacturing
-Overseas education or working experience is preferred
-Working experience in an international company as a plus
-Excellent English and German as a plus
-With leadership potential and strong people skill
-Willing to travel and work under pressure
-Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good sense for manufacturing management
