其实家常菜的做法都不麻烦，但是吃起来很有小时候在家里的感觉。<br><br>我烧豆腐羹的时候会让嫩豆腐多煮一会，肉糜或者虾的味道进去了才好。嫩豆腐一般不会很快变老，所以多煮一会也没关系。
