" X9 c1 {! i# D4 _# B+ N如题， 是那种机子上买的，需要打的那种，如果自己用完了转卖给别人，或者买别人的，合法么？ 有没有什么地方有明确的规定。。。 能否帮忙给找找，

记得有人说卖票不合法，但是可以送票。 有一个问题是，如果这样，那么买票合法么？或者接受送的票合法么？

不是所有的票上都写的，想问mvv的网站上有没有这样的成文规定。我目前没有找到。

Illegal! A friend of my husband has been caught by the MVV staff when she was trying to sell her ticket, they called the police as well. As a lawyer my husband helped her and in the end she still has to pay a fine.; Q2 @% k% B2 }3 Z$ U) j
) b0 ]% e# J& m3 o5 ~
So be careful if you really want to do it!

I often give the ticket free to somebody who looks confused infront of the ticket machine after arriving my final stop, also with the pay and display parking ticket, if the time didn't run out when i leave, I give it to somebody who has just parked there. However, it has never crossed my mind this could be illegal, probably it's not a good idea to do so as it's quite strict with eveything here.

) h5 K0 n, ], S) @ _$ C9 fThere must be some kind of condition which says the ticket can only be used one time, otherwise the MVV will lose lots of profit and they are not stupid! But I don’t think this is a problem if you just give it to someone for free, because you are not profiting from it which should have belong to MVV. I am not so sure about all the details, but believe me what I said about the friend, she is a German and she said some German do that as well, but if you are unlucky, then you may have to pay the fine if you sell the used ticket… ' G) N$ O( G7 P: ^! s# a. 转卖肯定是不可以的3 V S) c+ N# B. V( p' N) @; k9 F; y/ e
免费送呢，也不可以
# F5 G! W) f7 Y! z* L6 i道理很简单。: d4 a, k( i: }
一张天票只能一个人使用，1个人买mvv收入5块钱。2个人10块。% O( Y' v7 x1 ~% |( b! `
你用完了以2块钱卖给别人。也就是说2个人使用了1张天票，一个人2块，一个人3块。mvv总收入是5快。# T* t$ }! Q! l
你无偿送给另一个人使用。也是2个人使用了1张天票，一个人5块，一个人0块，mvv收入还是5快。
3 h0 q8 R" d6 ^) S8 B+ z3 R所以转让和转送对mvv效果是一样的。你们说是不是违法或是说违反“车票使用条例”呢？

ps 除非有的票上面明确写着可以übertragen那么才可以转让

IsarCard写着beliebig übertragbar的，天票没写。

还有德国人专门买个全圈天票，机场火车站直接来回拉人，4欧元一次，给MVV的人抓了。
