The flat lays in a calm environment. The room is ~ 20m² and there are
two more parties in the flat. All Chinese / TWN guys. We have a pool
on the roof top, free for usage and a sauna in the cellar. The flat is
completely mobilized and internet is also available. The rent
including heating is about 360 Euro. If there should be interessts,
