Main Responsibilities:
Candidate as Commercial Manager providing support to Contracting and Negotiation function on Device business in Germany will be responsible for: Overall contracting management to ensure compliance of company processes and requirements in the area of establishing terms and conditions on all commercials deals.
Identifying non-compliant items against company policy and provide analysis of business risks in contract. Lead contract negotiations on key deals with customers and support negotiation strategy development on other deals to mitigate those risks.
Ensuring execution of internal approval process pertaining to contracting with specific delegation of authorization with special focus on compliance of company policies and exception approval process.
Support Executives in approval process by providing professional input and explaining the subject issue.
Lead and train Device team in Germany on contracting process and practice with objective to improve KPI of Western Europe Regional Division.
Requirements:
• Bachelor and above (Law degree will be an asset)
• Deep knowledgeable in contracting terms and broad negotiation experience. Strong English ability.
• more than 5 years of working experience in sales, business development, or over 3 years in contracting for multinational enterprises; (experience in Telecommunication industry will be an asset)
• Experience in business deals structuring, business operations, as well as commercials strategy.
• Strong ability in communications, coordination, and excellent interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge of sales process, supply chain and product development.
