Hi there,
) X( Z: v0 g: J8 N0 O1 c. II am leaving Germany so my house will free up from April 1st onwards.2 w1 F) z5 R: u  L$ t" K
The apartment is on the first floor and is 49 sqm with a living room, renovated bathroom, separate kitchen and a big bedroom (see attached pics). Price is 350€ plus Nebenkosten (water and building and patio maintenance) 60€, so total Kaltmiete 410€. No agent fee!
. J  z6 q2 ^) o, N+ l. F8 WThe house is located in Maxfeld, doesn’t have a terrace but is literally 1 block away from Stadtpark, a super nice garden to meet up with friends after work or just picnic-breakfast in front of the lake.
1 e2 W, }1 B# aYou also have buses each 10 min (46 and 47) right across the street that will take you to the city center. You can also walk to Rathaus, taking you only 20min. Also U-BAHN Maxfeld station is 4 min walking.
; j, S' G% W! g2 L7 I" gYou will also find at walkable distance nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.2 j' S2 j8 o* r( Q2 L- Z# E8 u
