- Plant support for any engineering changes, drawings and bill of material

- communicate with cross functional departments and oversea locations, define optimized solutions and ensure implementation

- calculate motor parameters, follow up prototyping and testing, troubleshooting based on failure analysis

- Master degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related technical discipline
