　　家庭简介：We are an american/british family who have lived in Berlin in germany for 14 years. we have 2 children, a cat & dog. We would love to have an au pair who wants to be part of the family, who is a good communicator, out going and caring.
　　I believe that we need to live together & work together and the only way to do is to be thoughtful of others, be flexible and to be able to talk to each other.
　　The au pair job in my family is not the easiest, but we treat you with respect & make you fell welcome. We appreciate the extra effort and we are fair, I pay extra money than the normal au pair monthly salary, and monthly travel pass, 2 weeks extra paid holidays and for the right girl with the right attitude I will provide additional financial support for language school and help with a flight home at the end of the year.

不过说会多给钱，还有带薪假期，会做人的女孩还可以得到语言班的资助和回家的旅行费用（或者签证的帮助？帮订机票？没说明白）
语言班的学费不是本来就要资助的吗？车费也不是应该给报销的吗？
觉得这家写得看上去很诚恳，但是从字面意思看来家里的活也不轻。如果是国内的穷孩子过来，忍忍估计能赚钱还不仅能学德语，还能把英语练好，也挺好的，如果是国内娇生惯养的孩子过来，也许问题就比较多了。
我以前语言班的蒙古同学，上面说到的条件都享受，260一个月，车费报销，因为从火车站到家庭走路还需要20分钟（有钱的人住在不同公车的地方），还专门给她买了个手机，放学后到了火车站好给妈妈打电话可以来接她。家庭掏语言班学费，SDI，860三个月的，家里的妈妈还经常塞钱给她去买衣服鞋什么的，不用做家务，只要陪家里的小女孩玩，不过这是我听过的最幸福的交换保姆的故事了，她自己也说因为家庭很有钱而且是她小姨的朋友，所以特别好。

我怎么这么八卦啊，哈哈
