Your key responsibilities: · Directcontact to current and potential clients to discuss requirements and tailorindividual solutions · Collaboratewith Account Management and Business Developers when creating and presenting proposalsand responses to RfQs and informal proposal requests · Builda Bid Project Plan and assign tasks and input requests to internalstakeholders; track progress and follow-up with stakeholders on missing input · Validateand discuss input from stakeholders based on logical checks and experiencesTake ownership for Solution Creation and Documentation in Word, PowerPoint orweb-based collaboration platforms · BuildBusiness Cases and Bid Simulation Models in Excel; calculate and negotiatepricing · Ensurealignment and approval of the solution and business case across allstakeholders (incl. senior management) · Continuouslyrefine the scope of the proposal in the discussion with the client · Drivecontract negotiations · Handoversuccessful bids to Operations after contract signature and support operationalramp-up · Occasionallytake responsibility implementing and running day-to-day operations of newclient-projects · Designgeneric solutions for future offerings in co-operation with the ProductManagement team
Your qualifications: · At least 1 years of work experience in projectmanagement, management consulting or electronics industry; customer careexperience is beneficial but not mandatory · Stronganalytical skills with a proven passion for detail · Staminato deliver results with a strong bias for action · Openand positive attitude towards working within a multicultural team across theglobe; trust-building competence with a focus on expectation management · Identifiesthe communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with businessowners and subject matter experts. · Goodknowledge and experience in Business Plan creation, Process Analysis andDocumentation with Word, PowerPoint and Visio · Excel-savvywith experience in business modelling and simulation; Access skills aredesirable, but not mandatory · Fluentin Chinese verbal and writing, any additional language is a plus What we offer: · Aversatile, international area of responsibility with which you are at the pulseof the company and taking a pivotal role influencing crucial decisions · Amulti-cultural company · Working location: Munich (2month)+ China, Shenzhen · Theopportunity to manage the need for your (international) travel self-controlled,within limited bandwidths · Colleagueswhich are more than happy to welcome youty and reducing service costs.
