1、Office manager:
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize office activities
Oversee stock of office supplies
Greet visitors at office
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Support in scheduling meetings
keep daily records
engaging in other activities as the Company may direct.

Qualifications:
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

2、Service Engineer
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with medical customers.

Responsibilities
1). Answer calls and emails from customers and respond accordingly.
2). Provide professional technique support to customers, eg. product-related questions.
3). Trouble shooting according to customer feedback for ultrasound products.
4). Performs maintenance and repairs for ultrasound products according to training.
5).Feedback the quality issue to improve product’s quality.
6). Guiding customers through ultrasound product installation process.
7). Keep necessary records of product repairs, customer calls and follow-ups.
8). Other customer service-related work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service
3+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with Ultrasound business, clinical & scanning skills will be preferred, able to work with CHINA team to do image optimization according to local demands.
native speaker will be preferred.

3、Clinical marketing Specialist
Core responsibilities:
1. Provide technical and clinical expertise during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities, and benefits to customers.
2. Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
3. Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
4. Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training.
5. Support the development and execution of marketing strategy and plans. Coordination of internal supporting functions in order to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives and key performance indicators. Work closely with sales manager for marketing planning and execution.
6. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and management.
7. Responsible for supporting content marketing. Organization of webinars, seminars, and other online and offline marketing activities.
8. Cooperate closely with global marketing and sales teams to develop new business opportunities and channel development initiatives.

Qualification :
1. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred, with demonstrated skill in radiology general imaging and vascular sonography.
2. Creative thinker, innovative, problem solver.
3. Skilled at digital marketing, public relations, business and campaign planning, event management, and key opinion leader development.
4. Passionate, self-motivated, team player, open, and positive.
5. Germany native and English speaker will be preferred and would be an added value.

4、Sales manager
Responsibilities
Local Sales Manager:
1. Primary request: Develop growth strategies and achieve sales target assigned.
New customer development --distributors,healthcare organizations, etc, especially through new sales channel building to extend our market penetration;
New product market development:
Identify and develop new growth potentials, bring CHISON new products to the market --especially in selling Handheld & Cart-based Ultrasound to extend our market penetration.
Key account management and work with current distributors to optimize their sales performance;
2. Marketing activities
Working with CHISON marketing team to conduct local marketing activities, such as congress, seminars, and webinars. With KOL resources will be a clear advantage. (Could co-work with local distributors for above activities)
3. Collecting market, competitors and product info and feedback timely, Have the ability to act and react quickly to market dynamics.
4. Arrange related training to local distributors (Product sales training)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of sales experience
