Job Name: Foreign Trade Clerk
Job Targets: Contribution to the running of the business as part of an international trade platform between China, New Zealand and Europe with focus on food and beverage products, assistance in specific work fields, preparation of new business activities
Job profile:
1. Act as local contact person for overseas partner company and local businesses
2. Identify and outline authority related procedures and legislation relevant to new activities of the company - including import and export
3. Prepare document translations
4. Interpreting
5. Cross-check official document translations
6. Computer housekeeping, regular updating and troubleshooting
7. Assis with technical website modifications
8. Search for potential customers
9. Research potential customers
10. Assist in preparation of diversification of the company service portfolio
11. Report to local team leader and management
12. Date entry
Requirement:
1. Fluent in English, Chinese and German
2. Qualification in international business/ foreign trade
3. Expereience in food & beverage industry desirable
4. Computer skills
5. Team player
Time, Location:
1. 2 months job-specific training in food production company based in Thüringen , Germany
2. 12 months fixed-term assignment in Dunedin(Otago), New Zealand with potential for a further 12 months
3. 40 hours per work
