Customer service officer (part time)
job nature: handle duty tax free refund for international tourists, mainly mainland Chinese, and process daily report, etc...
requirement:
-university level, good at English, Mandarin and German(better achieve B2).
- currently in Germany with valid visa(ie. working holiday visa, ) , desire to work for long term
- very important: no related customer service is necessary but having patience and customer friendly is a must. willing to learn and work under stress and have great team work spirit
- 3 days per week(Mon to Sat, mainly Thursday,Friday and Saturday), each day 8 hours, and need to be flexible enough to fit into different shifts.
- we provide standard work contract in Germany
