Job location: Germany-Düsseldorf

Main Responsibilities:

1、Be responsible for the price reconfirmation of PO under framework agreement.

2、Monthly monitor the regional operation mechanismof PO management.

3、 Project commercial bidding; Prepare the commercialpart tender document and contract negotiation; ensure the contractsuccessfully sign.

4、Contract quality management, monitor the Contract Clauses risk and set up the Clauses risk map.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or Master's degree in international trade, business or economy management is preferable;
• Fluency in English and Chinese. Chinese is mandatory, other European language will be plus;
• Legal working permit for full-time jobs;
• Strong interpersonaland verbal communication skills in order to deal tactfully and effectively withinternal/external contacts at all levels;
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize andcoordinate work distribution;
• Strong sense for confidentiality;
• Diligent attention to detail;
• Enthusiastic and energetic;
• Devoted team player and service oriented.
