职位描述: Job Responsibility
工作职责
-To manage the administrative work of thesubsidiary, including legal affairs, government-enterprise relations etc.,responsible for the external relationship of the office, contact withgovernment units, third-party service agencies and otherdepartments/subsidiaries.
-管理子公司行政工作,包括法务和政企关系,负责办事处当地外联事务,对接政府单位,第三方服务机构和其他部门/子公司;
-To coordinate with the Human Resources Departmentin Headquarters, assist in handling such matters as employment resignation,insurance, welfare, training, cultural activities, carry out HR issuesimplemented according to local laws and regulations. Responsible for recordingthe attendance and working status of employees supervise and urge work ethics,try best to improve work enthusiasm.
-对接总部人力资源部,协助办理入离职、保险、福利、组织培训等事宜,并根据当地法规进行HR工作建议和HR制度执行,公司文化建设活动的推进;负责记录当地员工出勤状况和工作状态,督促工作作风,提升工作积极性;
-To coordinate with the Marketing Department andCustomer Service Center in Headquarters, manage logistics for the subsidiaries,including business trips and visits, cargo and asset scheduling, displaying andwarehousing; improve customer satisfaction by making sure personals and assetsarrive promptly. To provide security for the office, formulate securitymanagement regulations; carry out logistics security training andimplementation.
-对接总部市场部和客服中心,为子公司管理后勤,包括人员出差和人员到访,货物资产调度、展示和仓储;通过保证人员和物资及时到位提高客户满意度;为办事处提供安全保障,制定安全管理规定,开展后勤安全培训并执行;
-To coordinate with the Financial Department inHeadquarters, assist in the Financial Management of the subsidiary, take chargeof the material procurement and asset management, established office materialsuppliers system, updated the asset list of the subsidiary, and ensured theproperty and information security of the subsidiary.
-对接集团总部计划财务部,协助进行子公司财务管理工作,负责物资采购与资产管理,建立物资供应商体系,更新子公司资产目录,保证子公司财产和信息安全得到保障;
