1. HR Assistent (Intern)
To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-time intern for 6-12 months as an
HR Assistant (Intern) (m/w/d)
Place of work: Düsseldorf
Start date: immerdiate

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Manger on HR-related daily business, especially on the Administration areas;
  • Attendance management, incl. sick leave, vacation, etc.; Employee data gathering, update and maintenance in our new e-HR system Personio;
  • Being a contact person for HQ for onboarding and offboarding processes of all employees;
  • Monthly update of org chart and contact list;
  • Issue employment contracts, Amendments, work certificates, etc.
  • Support on outsourced employees related matters, incl. verification of working hours and invoices, payment request process, etc.;
  • Coordinate and support on work permit application and extension for Expatriates and local employees, if possible;
  • Support on Training & Development and Employer Branding or other projects;
  • Support on other HR and Administration ad-hoc tasks.


Your Profile:
  • Currently studying or fresh graduated in field of Human Resource, Business Administration, economics or other comparable fields;
  • Previous first experience in HR areas especially in Administration. Experience with e-HR system e.g. Personio would be a big plus;
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, result oriented, and a thorough way of working;
  • Open-minded, multi-cultural sensibility, a high potion of empathy; Ability to keep your sense of humour even under time pressure;
  • Familiar with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.;
  • Fluent in German and English in both written and verbal, Chinese would be a plus.


2. Sales Assistent
To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-time employee as a
Sales Assistant (m/w/d)
Place of work: Düsseldorf

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Sales in processing customer orders/customer invoices and handling customer refunds and related rebate content in a conscientious and timely manner;
  • Responsible for the management, categorization, organization and storage of the company's sales contracts and other marketing documents and materials;
  • Maintaining customer relationships and analyzing customer needs;
  • Responsible for the production and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports and reports for various sales indicators;
  • Analyzing and organizing sales data and evaluating the status of sales. Providing data basis and support for Sales' sales strategy;
  • Assisting Sales in the internal affairs of the department and the recording of various departmental meetings;
  • Assist in other tasks temporarily assigned by Sales team.


Your Profile:
  • Education background (study or training) in economics or other related fields;
  • Fluent in German and English both in verbal and writing;
  • Previous working experience in customer service or sales support would be preferable;
  • Data-sensitive, with a strong learning ability;
  • Proficiency in MS-Office software, with special emphasis on Excel or other data analysis software;
  • Excellent team communication and consulting skills.


3. Finance Specialist
To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-time employee as:
Finance Specialist
Place of work: Düsseldorf

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording daily invoices from suppliers
  • Analysis and optimization of expenses
  • Daily processing of cash and online bank payments and reconciliation
  • Process invoices issued and other related transactions in the system
  • Perform daily AR statement and analyse AR aging
  • Close cooperation with sales team to improve AR collection
  • Assist on monthly financial closing process
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor


Your Profile:
  • Ideally you will have at least one year of finance related professional experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance.
  • Finance related work experience in a trading company an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English. Fluent in Chinese is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial software such as SAP.
  • You are careful and conscientious, have excellent team communication and coordination skills.


4. Finance Intern
To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-time or part-time employee as:
Finance Intern
Place of work: Düsseldorf
Start Date: Immediate, initially for 6 months

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording invoices from suppliers.
  • Collecting, organising, and checking staff reimbursements.
  • Assisting monthly financial closing process.
  • Filing of financial documents.
  • Performing ad hoc projects and duties as needed


Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a finance related field.
  • You can work full time or at least 4 days a week.
  • German on native speaker level, fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and learning agility, ability to work in a deal-driven and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial software such as SAP.


5. Logistics Specialist
To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-time employee as:
Logistics Specialist (m/w/d)
Place of work: Düsseldorf

Your Responsibilities:
  • Technical supervision of the Logistics team/Fresh Goods team.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling and organising the smooth workflow of a specific area;
  • In addition to statistical surveys, identify and forward suggestions for improvement, communication with employees, supervisors and the other departments is an important part of your daily work;
  • Continuous development and improvement of the production process in cooperation with the supervisor;
  • Reliable implementation of the planned production;
  • Ensuring quality indicators through close cooperation with employees;
  • Productive cooperation;
  • Cooperation with other departments.


Your Profile:
  • Degree within Logistics or relevant professional work experience.
  • At least 2 years work experience in logistics and warehousing in Germany, especially experience with Amazon or Zalando preferrable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Good analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound processes.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high degree of empathy and assertiveness, team spirit, very good communication and motivation skills.
  • Good conversational English and German in both verbal and writing.
  • Initial management experience or comparable professional experience is an advantage.


6. RMA Specialist/Retouren Sachbearbeiter

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem B2B und B2C Team, um Channel-Partner und Distributoren bestmöglich zu betreuen, Unterstützung der Vertriebskollegen und Channel-Partner durch Aufbereitung aller benötigten und relevanten Marketingmaterialien und Werbemittel.
