概况：全新公寓约28平米坐落于慕尼黑市中心，2023年1月交付入住。1独立房间+1步入式小衣橱+1独立厨房+1干湿分离独立洗手间+1地下室+1独立阳台。公寓在4楼不临街且隔音效果极佳，整面墙落地窗的设计带来充足采光。屋内现代简约风格装修，卧室实木地板温馨舒适且户型方正，家具齐全拎包入住。院内的小花园幽静精致，有单车统一停放处。整栋楼只出租三户作为公寓，保证低住户密度和高品质生活质量。邻居安静友好都是朝九晚五的上班族。

家具家电：去家务化配套包括洗碗机，空气炸锅，洗衣机，扫拖一体机器人，自动洗衣机。除此之外还有小冰箱，2个灶台，1.35m的宜家双人沙发床，步入式独立小衣橱，一大一小可移动书桌，4把椅子，1欧式收纳柜，1落地台灯，2氛围灯带。厨具餐具和基本家居日用品全配。

Location: Kapuzinerplatz, 80337 Munich

Overview: Brand new apartment of approx. 28 m2 in the center of Munich, to be delivered in January 2023. 1 separate room + 1 walk-in closet + 1 separate kitchen + 1 separate wet and dry bathroom + 1 basement + 1 separate balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no street frontage and excellent soundproofing, and the whole wall of floor-to-ceiling windows provides plenty of light. The apartment is decorated in a modern minimalist style, the bedroom is cozy and comfortable with solid wood flooring, and the floor plan is square, fully furnished and turnkey. The small garden in the courtyard is quiet and exquisite, and there is a unified parking space for bicycles. Only three apartments are rented out in the whole building, which guarantees a low density of residents and a high quality of life. Neighbors are quiet and friendly all 9-5 office workers.

Furniture and Appliances: The de-housekeeping package includes a dishwasher, air fryer, washing machine, sweeping and mopping robot, automatic washing machine.
