Job Description
Company: A US listed Chinese Company
Title: B.O. Account Manager, Germany
Report to: Back Office Director
Location: Changzhou, China 中国常州
Key Responsibilities:
Full Mgt of accounts for Germany (interface between customer and factory operations): with customer (communications, order (IP)), editing PI in accordance with contract and customer requests, follow up of orders (pushing PI signed, pre-payments, LC to open, final check of the Order Summary from Sales assistant) and with factory (production, logistic, legal, etc.)
Sales: Represent the company at relevant conferences and exhibitions (welcoming customers, making business proposals), support to Sales in Germany, support in-country Sales Manager in establishing and furthering business relationships with customers, receive customers in CZ and facilities their visit, meetings and tour of the planet, etc.
Monthly planning of my customers: Planning according to contract and customer requests, planning analysis, comparison with the global planning and re-allocation, set priorities for shipment, probabilities of shipment scenario, coordinate with in-country Sales Managers to provide short and long term forecasts and achieve sales targets.
Legal: drafting contracts and amendments according to negotiations, contract review with sales assistant's support
Finance (for payments): follow up of received payments and pending payments, pushing customers for pre-payment and LC to open, initiate other procedure (refund, payments), final check finance balance in order summary from sales assistant
Production: pro-activity and coordination for special products (package, preparation), coordination with team and production for special products and consult with Technology and Quality Control to align product specifications with market requirement/demand, coordinate with production to ensure availability and timely delivery of modules
Logistic: coordinating with logistics for delivery, check the container status, inform customers about logistic updates, documents check before sending to customers when DP or TT, send B/L copy to customer, LC check
Communication to customers: exclusively in charge of communication to customers on a daily base
Requirements:
4-6 years in Sales & MKT in different industries
Logistic, international business, marketing and cross-function communication skills
