' n" K5 a7 S# e$ T) ?在意大利，4名正在或者曾经在GOOGLE Video 工作的员工受到起诉。因为google video的一个用户在google video 上上传了一段违法意大利法律的视频（几个学生“欺负”一个有自闭症的同学）。

( M6 L6 o! [% v, z3 `! k [而这4名google的员工，没有参与这段视频的策划，拍摄和上传，可以说完全无关，但今天受到了起诉,虽然他们在收到警方通知后，删除了该视频，并且协助警方找到了该上传者（已被判刑）。; D/ U% k& d; B. U4 r

google当然要强烈抗议，正如他们所说：If that principle is swept aside and sites like Blogger, YouTube and indeed every social network and any community bulletin board, are held responsible for vetting every single piece of content that is uploaded to them — every piece of text, every photo, every file, every video — then the Web as we know it will cease to exist, and many of the economic, social, political and technological benefits it brings could disappear.
