Job Description
1. Repair faulty products and make analysis reports
2. Provide training to our customers and system installation.
3. Make field trips to Customer sites.
4. Compile a list of product issues with solutions, and forward to internal colleagues for
learning purpose.
5. In charge of Storage managements and logistic.
6. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Electrical
Engineering;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
- Customer oriented person.
- Fluent in English, German and Chinese
- Able to work in an international team (Asia, Europe).
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Ability to travel within Europe
