招聘职位：投资分析员（Investment Analyst）和投资者关系助理（Investor Relation Associate）

公司名称: Prímus（香港博智私募集团 www.primusus.com）。

工作地点: 香港（总部）和纽约。

薪酬待遇: 面谈，行业内具有竞争水平的薪资（标薪+项目bonus；跨国工作者提供住房待遇）。

职位类型：全职工作、夏季实习生。

入职时间：依个人情况双方商定。

招募对象：不限性别，不过目前这两种岗位更缺女生。专业要求投资分析员要求金融、经济学、会计专业，投资者关系助理不限专业（具体见下）。

语言要求：英语。

（1）投资分析员

岗位描述：入门级别的投资分析员与他所属部门的投资管理团队(GlobalM&A, Real Estate, or Advisory Service)一起提供精确的分析和团队协助

岗位职责：
•对预期投资目标进行深度研究和尽职调查。

•解释公司的财务报表以及提供对公司状态的判断和见解。
•建构和维护基于各类经济场景的精确评价模型。

•执行对投资组合公司的交易后的绩效跟踪。

•参加与投资者和尽职调查服务供应商的会议。

•协调和建立与业界领先的专家的合作伙伴关系。

•提供各种投资管理项目的定性和定量总结。
任职要求：

•夏季实习岗位申请者要求至少是金融、经济学、会计专业的本科生（在校或已经毕业均可）；全职工作岗位的申请者要求是相应专业的硕士学位、MBA 或博士学位（在校或已经毕业均可）。

•CFA，CAIA或其他行资质优先。

•拥有以下领域工作经验的人优先：资本市场，投资银行，私人股权，房地产，管理咨询等。

•拥有健全的金融知识，具有较强的分析和量化分析的能力，包括金融模型构建，数据处理，估值等。

•在PowerPoint和Excel使用上纯熟；金融数据检索工具的使用经验。

•有纪律的组织性，有事业心的职业道德和专业处置。

（2）投资者关系助理

岗位描述：与投资者关系部门一起为一般或有限的投资者、机构客户、以及我们的合作伙伴提供金融客户服务。

岗位职责：
•与投资者关系团队密切合作，为投资和机构利益攸关者提供企业所需水平的商务。

•管理客户账户;积极建立、发展和维护与客户的强直接关系。

•参加一般的客户服务活动，包括：回答投资咨询；跟踪和分发信息材料；编辑、审查和协助报告的规划。

•有优先级敏锐感地回应投资者要求。

•协助组织投资者会议和电话会议。

•执行原有的市场、竞争、基金业绩分析。
任职要求：

•夏季实习岗位申请者要求至少有本科学位（在校或已经毕业均可）；全职工作岗位的申请者要求硕士学位、MBA 或博士学位（在校或已经毕业均可）。不限专业。

•CFA以及其他行资质优先。

•在金融服务行业中有关客户营销的经验者优先。

•优秀的书面，口头和人际沟通能力，能够清楚地表述复杂的概念，想法和流程。

•拥有健全的分析和量化分析的能力，包括数据挖掘和解读。

•全精通PowerPoint和Excel。

Investment Analyst

The entry-level Investment Analyst will work with the InvestmentManagement Team of his/her assigned sector (Global M&A, Real Estate, orAdvisory Service) to provide

precise analysis effort and assist team with underwriting.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and due diligence onprospective investment targets

• Interpret company financial statements and provide insightson company stands

• Construct and maintain accurate valuation models based onvarious economic scenarios

• Perform post-transaction performance tracking forportfolio companies

• Participate in meetings with investors and due diligenceservice providers

• Collaborate and build partnerships with leading industryexperts

• Provide qualitative and quantitative summaries of variousinvestment management

projects

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accountingfrom a prestige institution required for summer internships. Master degreerequired, or working towards a MBA/PhD degree for full-time positions

• CFA, CAIA or other industry licenses/designationspreferred

Competencies and Requirements

• Previous work experience in any of these fields: capitalmarkets, investment banking, private equity, real estate, management consulting

• Sound financial knowledge. Strong analytical andquantitative skills including financial model construction, data manipulation,valuation

• Full proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experienced infinancial data retrieval tools

  The associate-level candidate will work with the Investor Relationsdivision to provide financial customer service to general or limited investors,institutional clients, and our partners

JobResponsibilities

 • Workclosely with the Investor Relations team to deliver the required level ofbusiness to investment and institutional stakeholders

•Manage client accounts; proactively build, develop and maintain strong directrelationships with clients

 • Participatein general client service activities including: answering investment inquiries;tracking and distributing informational materials; editing, reviewing andassisting in report planning

 • Respondto investor requests with a keen sense of prioritization

 • Assistwith the organization of investor meetings and conference calls

 • Perform original market, competitive, andfund performance analysis

Qualifications

 • Undergraduatedegree required for summer internships. Master degree required, or workingtowards a Master/PhD degree for full-time positions

 • CFA and other industry licenses ordesignations preferred

Competencies andRequirements

 • Previousexperience working in the financial services industry in a client facingmarketing role preferred
