Six Months Internship  at the Beijing Branch Office

About us: The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the organization of German higher education institutions and their student bodies devoted to internationalising the academic and scientific research system: www.daad.de. The Beijing branch office was established in 1994: www.daad.org.cn.

About this  internship:

• Process the applications within the DAAD scholarship programmes of Chinese applicants
• Provide information and consultation for the DAAD scholarship programmes
• Manage the content of the relevant websites of the DAAD Beijing Branch office
• Support the preparation and implementation of marketing events regarding scholarships  and research in Germany
• Data research, translation (German – Chinese) and other office tasks
  
  

Requirements:

• Master student
• Chinese native speaker with excellent German and English language skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, experiences in web editing (CMS) are a plus
• Friendly and motivated character, strong communication skills, ability to perform efficiently in a small team
• Experienced in drafting and writing informational messages
• Participate in out-of-office events in Beijing, occasionally also on weekends
