Job location: Germany-Düsseldorf

Main Responsibilities:

1、Be responsible for  organizing the price application and     approval mechanism.
2、ICT Project commercial bidding，prepare     the commercial part tender document and contract negotiation ,ensure the     contract successfully sign and avoiding the transaction risks.
3、Contract quality management,     monitor the Contract Clauses risk and set up the Clauses risk map.
4、Frequent traveling in West European     region is required

Requirements:

• 3+     years experience with sales commercial business.
  
• A Master     degree in International trade, business or economy management.
  
• English     is the working language. French is preferred
