         Technical Product Manager                         EV Charging Technician (f/m)

For localization and optimization of XCharge product and after-sales services, we are now seeking talented and experienced technician from the area of electrical engineering for EV charging.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years experience of EV product development/maintenance/operations or related subjects
• Knowledgeable in hardware like electronics, measurement device, cables, controllers etc.
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD
• Good communication & project management skills, customer oriented
• excellent English is a must, other European main language is a plus
  

Scope for work:

• Technical support for tendering projects with EV chargers power range from 7 kw to 480 kW
• Maintenance technical support, answer the most technical questions from customers and maintenance partners
• After-sales support for XCharge product series
• Technical know-how in Europe and training for Beijing technical team
• Basic knowledge about back-end software system and IoT concept of XCharge
