Junior Architect

Entry Level Position

Job Description:

Work as junior architect to support our technical department and project teams during the life-cycle of the projects.

Responsibilities:

As architect take charge for the development of concept designs and/or work on construction sites to supervise the facade, interior decoration and landscaping works.

- Develop concept design proposals for new projects

- Review and coordination for design and construction drawings

- Coordination between various parties on the construction site during fit-out stage

- Quality control of executed works and follow-up for corrective actions in case of non-compliances

- Schedule control and advanced planning of works

- Preparation of construction documentation

- Support for contracts department

- Compile as-built documentation and support during hand-over stage

Civil Engineer

(China wide)

Young Professional Position

Job Description:

Work as site engineer to support our project teams during the construction phase of the projects.

Responsibilities:

- As civil engineer take charge for the structural, facade, interior decoration and external works.

- Design review and design coordination for construction drawings

- Coordination between various parties on the construction site

- Quality control of executed works and follow-up for corrective actions in case of non-compliances

- Schedule control and advanced planning of works
