电气售后工程师

Electrical After-sales Service

Technician (Engineer) (m/w/d)

工作地点：德国 Langen Germany

岗位职责:

• Responsible for solving electrical related issues, issue recording and feedback.
  
• Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and customer inquiry.
• Assist designer or customer to analyze the issues and provide solution.
• Quick response to customer service request and maintain good customer relationship.
• Provide technical support for new equipment installation, commissioning and production operation.
• Responsible for the implementation of equipment improvement and on-site training.
• 负责客户现场设备异常的记录及反馈，并处理电气相关的问题
• 为设备维护及客户咨询提供技术支持
• 协助设计人员或客户分析现场问题，并提供解决方案
• 对客户的售后服务请求做出快速响应，并维持良好的客户关系
• 对新设备的安裝、调试，设备的生产运行提供技术支持
• 负责设备改善的实施及现场培训
  
  
  

任职要求:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial automation or related.
• 1 year experience in mechanical debugging or maintenance of customized automation equipment. (Experience in automotive electronics industry is preferred)
• Proficient in programming of Siemens, Beckhoff PLC and Office software (excel, word, ppt) for work.
• Flexible and can be on business trips.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and team working.
• Excellent oral/written English and German skills. Speaking good Chinese is preferred.
• 本科（优秀者可放宽）及以上，机电一体化、电气控制以及自动化相关专业
• 1 年以上非标自动化行业工作经验（有汽车电子行业相关经验优先考虑）
• 熟悉西门子或倍福 PLC 编程，并熟练使用 Office 软件（excel, word, ppt）进行办公
• 具有灵活性，能适应出差
• 具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力，及团队协助能力
• 熟练使用英语和德语交流；同时懂中文优先考虑
