With the aim to assist us in our expansion on the european market, we are currently seeking for a Finance Accountant.



The position is based in Düsseldorf (Germany).

About the role





In collaboration with external tax advisers as well as internal collaborators to review the VAT declaration process, your main missions will be:





• Participate in a review of the VAT accounts for the three previous financial years,

• Assist in preparing all documents needed for the monthly declaration,

• Carry out monthly reconciliations between VAT posted and VAT declared,

• Invoice and Debit nots verification,

• Lettering, filing

• Identify weaknesses in the process and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements





• Second-year of university program / Bachelor degree

• Mandatory internship

• English Business Level / German Fluent

• Independence, rigour, organization, carefulness patienc, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• are desirable assets to success in this position.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• SAP software knowledge is a plus.
