请问如何做进出口生意的中间人

应该有很多大哥大姐大叔大婶在做进出口生意吧，本人是留学德国的学生，从未接触过进出口生意，最近想趁着假期做点事情。一方面想就一些问题请教一下有熟悉进出口流程的朋友，另一方面也想认识一些做这种生意的朋友，扩大圈子。

我的问题是，怎么做中间人？现在在国内有朋友想做洋酒的生意，他能找到买家，在欧洲这里，我能联系到德国的一些酒庄，愿意供货。但是具体我在这里面要如何运作？需要我做什么事情，承担什么风险，需要什么样的投入？
