Your Responsibilities

The incumbent will work as a consultant in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. He/She will be responsible for project monitoring and coordination in our office in Ludwigshafen am Rhein;
Act as a project manager to lead and coordinate new projects in accordance with our offices in China;
Negotiate and communication with our clients;
Conduct personnel search for our clients;
Participation in and organisation of related exhibitions and trade fairs in Germany;
For client acquisition to participate in relevant events in Germany.


Your Qualification

German as a native language with very good written and spoken English skills;
A degree in business administration with good technical understanding is preferred;
Previous relevant work experience (about 2 years) as a Consultant / Project Manager or in the field of Human Resources would be an advantage;
Working experience in China would be highly preferred;
He/she must be highly motivated; team orientated, yet also be able to work independently;
Ability to communicate effectively, possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to structure and organize the work process is necessary;
High travel flexibility;
Very good computer skills (MS Office);
The Candidate must be career-minded and flexible without restrictions.
