Finance Manager/ Controller
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Report to: Group Finance VP

Responsibilities
Oversee all finance activities in Europe (including accounting, internal control,  fiscal and management reporting,  tax and treasury processes, etc.) and make sure SoX compliance
Regularly review and improve all financial process and procedures, to fully support the business growing
Contribute in strategic planning and decision making as one of regional top management team members
Directly manages an effective credit control process and continually drives down our accounts receivable
Advises on legal and taxation compliance issues relating to the organization
Handle full set of accounts, manage daily financial functions, including month-end closing, inventory control, cash control, internal control procedures, preparation of statutory and management reporting, etc.
Responsible for the annual budget, and maintain the rolling forecast
Responsible for cash management and local financing matters, prepare cash flow forecasts
Supervise the accounting team in Europe and make sure the reporting package timely submitted to HQ and the relative local government department.
Liaise with auditors and make sure the company auditing process smoothly

Desired Skills and Experience
Degree in Accounting/Financing, ACCA/CICPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
Minimum of 8 years financial experience in a trading and manufacturing environment with a multinational company, Minimum 5 years in management
Experience in both manufacturing and commercial environment
Extensive knowledge of IAFS and international trading transactions
Be familiar with the tax knowledge in European countries
Good computer skills and excellent in Excel and ERP system
Highly organized with well-developed analytical skills and commercial judgment
Excellent interpersonal, management and communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferably able to read & write Chinese)
