For our team in Germany (Munich/Home-based), we are currently looking for a Human Resources Graduate.
Your responsibilities:
1.Create a conducive office culture by effectively sharing headquarters (HQ) news with the Germany office and sales team in a timely manner. Ensure that important information is communicated promptly and accurately to all relevantstakeholders.
2.Support Regional Transforamtion Projects: Coordinate effectively withcross-departmental teams to support regional transformation projects.Facilitate smooth communication between the company's HQ project team and theregional teams, ensuring a clear understanding and implementation of projectobjectives.
3.Actively engage with storage business departments to provide support as the newbusiness HRBP partner. Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives tomeet the unique needs of the new business.
4.Drive Office Engagement: Take initiatives to support business departments and other functions in improving office engagement. Identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall productivity within the office.
5.Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the team,contributing to various HR-related projects and activities.
Requirements:
lBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
lStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
lExcellent coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
lA proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to take initiativesand work independently.
lGood interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams and build positive working relationships.
lFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Language requirements:
Fluency in both German and English languages. Chinese is a plus.
