Job Description: Sales Manager (Chenbro GmbH)
General Summary:
Manage sales of Chenbro Micom Inc’s PC & Server products and services within western and north Europe. Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, development of new customers and good management and service of existing customers. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Manage channels and collaborate with distributors in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company and realize the goals.
- Provide good service to current customers and help them grow the business in order to maximize the revenue for Chenbro’s long term growth.
- Proactively develop new customers for the organic growth of sales.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in collaboration with other functional teams in headquarter.
- Reviews progress of sales throughout the company.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Visit customers regularly and manage customer relationships.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Collaborates with other functional teams to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Collaborates with marketing department to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Proactively and continuously develop new customers.
- Exhibit in shows, fairs and exhibitions to engage customers and show our products in collaboration with other functional teams.
REPORTING:
Reports directly to the Head of Chenbro GmbH.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A university degree in engineering or business studies is required;
- A minimum of five years of related experiences in the hardware or system design, manufacturing, sales or marketing of servers, storages, and computers, etc.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Confident to talk with CXX of customers and within the company.
- Proven track record of performance in previous companies.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong self motivation and result driven.
- Speak English fluently is a must. Speaking Chinese and German are advantage.
