Commercial Intern 商务实习生（全职）

Job location: Germany-Düsseldorf

Main Responsibilities:

1、Be responsible for the price reconfirmation of PO under frameworkagreement

2、Monthly monitor the regional operation mechanism of PO management.

3、 Projectcommercial bidding; Prepare the commercial part tender document and contract negotiation;ensure the contract successfully sign.

4、Contract quality management, monitor the Contract Clauses risk and set upthe Clauses risk  map.

Requirements:

·        A bachelor’s degree in International trade, business or economy managementis preferable.

·        Fluency in English and Chinese. Chinese is mandatory

·        Legal working permit for full time jobs

·        Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in order to dealtactfully and effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels.

·        Demonstrated organizational skills and ability toprioritize and coordinate work distribution;

·        Strong sense for confidentiality;

·        Diligent attention to detail;

·        Enthusiastic and energetic;

·        Devoted team player and service oriented.
